Carl A. Tourigny (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. Carl A. Tourigny started Tourigny Woodworks, Inc. in 1987 after working for Macarthuer and Petty where he gained a love for the art of fine furniture making. Since that time Carl has studied extensively on the design and construction of custom Architectural millwork and furniture. Over the past 20 years Carl has made a reputation for himself as an accomplished wood turner, carver & millwright.
His unique background has lead him to be featured on This Old House with Steve Thomas and Norm Abrams and featured in articles of Custom Woodworking Business Magazine. Today, utilizing AutoCAD Carl blends the traditional hand crafted high quality work that his clients have come to expect with the speed and efficiency of modern technology. He also oversees all technical aspects of complex projects.
Carl has been happily married for the past 13 years and has two young children.

Jeff Lewis (Lead Production Foreman)

Jeff graduated from Southampton College in 1979 with a B.S. in Environmental Science with a Concentration in Chemistry. After graduating he left N.Y. and moved to the greater West Palm Beach area. Jeff's experience in the millwork industry goes all the way back to 1979 when he started working at John Butler Lumber. His job at that time involved bill cutting and making std. and custom pocket frames. As he became more proficient he started doing all types of radius moldings, doors, windows, and stairs. As his skills grew, so did his responsibilities as Jeff became head of the Sash and Door Department in 1987. Since that time Jeff utilized his expertise working in the millwork industry for companies, such as, United Millworks and Coastal Millworks. Recognizing the precision, expertise, and talent Jeff has to offer, in April of 2003 Tourigny Woodworks, Inc. brought Jeff aboard and made him apart of the Management TEAM. Today Jeff leads our technical TEAM as the lead Production Foreman.
In his off time Jeff donates his time to the community by being a member of The Guardian Angels since 1985. He also teaches Kenpo Karate at Kelley Karate Center where he is a 4th Degree Black Belt under Mr. Sean P. Kelley.
Jeff has been happily married for the past 12 years and has two grown children and one grandchild.

Paul V. Salvo Sr. CIE, (Estimating & New Business Development)

Paul brings to the table an impressive background in engineering and contracting having worked for the past five years in the Building Science, HVAC, and Indoor Air Quality industry for leaders Bailey Engineering Corporation (BEC).
As a Certified Indoor Environmentalist (CIE) through the American Indoor Air Quality Council, Paul has successfully provided Estimating & Project Management on numerous complex "high end" residential and commercial building projects. Paul is an active member of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA) and helped aid Hollace Bailey in the research and publication of the IAQ industry leading reference book, Fungal Contamination: A Manual For Investigation, Remediation, and Control.
Paul holds an undergraduate degree (BA) from Palm Beach Atlantic University and is currently working towards his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Palm Beach Atlantic University. One of Paul's many goals here at Tourigny Woodworks, Inc. is to utilize his experience by serving contractors that need credible guidence during the critical process of estimating high-end custom Architectural millwork.
Paul also represents Innovative MiIllwork Solutions IMS through estimating and new business development. Paul also project manages all USGBC LEEDŽ Projects. He is highly proactive in the promotion and implementation of green products and verifies all (LEEDŽ MR & IEQ ) applicable materials, while also managing the FSC-Chain of Custody (CoC) process for Tourigny Woodworks, Inc.
Paul has been happily married for six years and has two small children, Paulie Jr. & Nicholas.
